… lot and I think your theSPUNC Log exercise is a great way to track how you are spending your life. However, I fear that this exercise will only make me realize how much time I have wasted, causing me to overthink and stress more, resulting in harsh self-criticism,which will force me to go through the same cycle again!
I go through this everyday, I keep distracting myself with “preparing”, before doing any “actual”…
