…e over the years, and with one exception, all interviews were done in my office or conference room. I’m not sure I would want to be either the interviewer or interviewee in a public setting like that. Maybe, for some, it reveals things that might otherwise not be gleaned in a more private setting, but it’s not something I would have ever considered doing when I was hiring. Maybe it’s a generatio…

I don’t get it either. Starbucks is odd enough, but Panera? It must be generational because it seems perfectly reasonable to most others.
